# Buy and Stake NSLP/NLP

### Step 1: **Go to the Navigator Earn Page**

Open the[ Navigator Earn Page](https://app.navigator.exchange/#/earn) on your browser. This is where you can manage your liquidity and explore earning opportunities.

### **Step 2: Connect Your Wallet**

Click the "Connect Wallet" button and select your preferred wallet, such as MetaMask or WalletConnect. Ensure your wallet is properly set up and has sufficient balance in supported tokens.

### **Step 3: Provide Liquidity**

On the Earn page, select the token you want to use to purchase NSLP or NLP. For minting and staking NSLP, there are various tokens you can choose from. To mint NLP, you can opt for USDC, ETH, S, or WS.

### **Step 4: Receive NSLP/NLP**

Input the amount you wish to provide. If it’s your first time, approve the token for use, then confirm the transaction in your wallet.&#x20;

After buying, NLP/ NSLP tokens will be staked automatically to the NLP/NSLP. There are countdown period to unstake in each pool.

* NLP: 2 Hours
* NSLP: 48 Hours
